I’m committed to making your interview stress-free. Even if you’ve never done a podcast before, I’ll make sure your experience is great.
The actual interview will take between 30 and 45 minutes. Please allow 1 hour for the process, in case we have any technical issues, follow up questions, or other administrative work.
The interview will use Zoom. You will use your own computer and headphones or earbuds. You cannot use the speakers on your computer as they will create interference.
I will deliver the microphone before the interview. The equipment has been disinfected and requires no special handling. I’m happy to help configure the mic if needed.
I will also record video of our conversation, but you can choose if we use it or not.
The first question I will ask is for you to introduce yourself, tell us about your connection to Lowell, and how you came to be here.
I prefer to keep the podcast free-flowing, though focused on your experience in Lowell. I don’t use scripts, but will have some questions or prompts to guide the conversation. What is most important is telling your story and about “your Lowell”; what you love, what inspires you, what frustrates you, and what keeps you here.
If you’re a business owner or lead an organization, I want to know about your work, your customers/clients, and how Lowell’s character influences your business or organization. You’re welcome to discuss current events, but I want, more than anything, to hear about you.
